Introducing FRETDEM aka KC-Tye( Kevon C). born in Brooklyn, New York is one of ground up recordz inc/streetstarz ent finest. His love of music was inevitable due to its early introduction into his life. But his lyrical skill and the content of his rhymes… that my friends is pure genius. Brooklyn! Brooklyn! Pounding the pavements of Flatbush, Brooklyn since the late eighties KC is no stranger to the culture he has known all his life, what has now since been labeled as Hip Hop, KC knew as the music that he lived and loved. At the tender age of nine, KC was writing his own lyrics, however before he began writing, he practiced rhyming on his own without help from his older buddies. All this practice has proven to be beneficial to his craft, that we love to blast through our stereo systems. KC's skill began to rapidly increase, therefore catapulting him into the eyes of those who otherwise would not have seen him. His determination for a chance to demonstrate his abilities, led to his first performance in the Brooklyn Blizzards' talent showcase. KC was eleven then, and has since performed at the New York Music Festival, Club Speed, Roosevelt Hotel, Training Camp, Mothership Connection, and has received overwhelming reviews from various radio and television personalities such as the well known Chuck Chillout of WBLS and Bea Montgomery of Time Warner Cable. Record labels and deals are also familiar to KC since he was approached by Casablanca/Universal Records and produced a ten track compact disc that has not been released. He has also had talks with Interscope label representatives. However KC stands strong and provides an example of true ambition and strength. Obstacles Born on the twenty-fourth of September, this Libra is true to his sign in that he is always very diplomatic. So obstacles is a word that KC tends to roll over. He knew at eleven after he wowed the judges and wooed the audience in his first professional experience as a performer; that becoming a rap artist was a goal he would pursue. KC has since had his music produced and distributed locally through select barber and beauty shops and other such establishments,and now with the help of his newly found record deal his music will be distributed worldwide!!!. . On His Music ..> KC-TYE is truly unique in his style and delivery. If he had to compare himself, he would in his mind compare only to Jay-Z/movado/vybz kartel. Although those who experience his music would readily agree he is like none other heard of to date. KC's rhymes, and metaphoric capabilities far surpass those that have been representing the Hip Hop/reggae circuits in recent years. So much so that the lyrics from his song "This Is Where I'm From" recorded in 2005 for his mixed CD have since been pouncing the ears of the NYC and states across the nation through the unauthorized release of "This Is Why I'm Hot" by a plagiarist also known as MIMS. Currently KC-TYE has been encamped at Rokcstone Studios creating innovative new verses for us all to enjoy. Future Projects ..> Final plans are in the works for new collaborations and KC is thrilled and looking forward to working with some of the pioneers of both Reggae and Hip Hop. Legendary artists such as Doc Ice of UTFO, Ox of Belly better known to Caribbean fans as Louie Rankin, Sizzla, Lil' Wayne and a barrage of others, are all part of negotiations to work along side KC this year. Whos Shadowed and called to be CTs Best Kept Secret. The streets are watching and backing this young musician as he continues to produce the reggae/hiphop era in today.

This Young Artist/DJ/Dancer Has been doing music since he was 9 Years old. Being raised in the streets of Brooklyn and changing the scene to Connecticut. Meechie has been around this culture all his life. Influenced by his family carribean,dancehall and american side Hip hop Culture.

Joining the school band Learning to play instruments like the trumpet,Clarinet,Saxaphone and drums. This Young music prodigy fell in love with music at a young age an continues to strive to become one of the best 21st Centuary Musicians. Meechie is most proud of his accomplishment with his dance team Assassin Squad. Touring from CT to NY to New Jersey and Florida. Since 2005 Assassin Squad has been a piller in the Dancehall community. Performing at the biggest dancehall parties dancing along side dancers like: Mr. Nuh Seh Nuttin, RDX, Sample 6, Ding Dong, Ovamars, Ravers Clavers, Black Blingaz, Shelly Belly, Marvin, and Many more. Assassin Squad gave Meechie not only respect in this industry but paved away so Meechie can focus on his first love which is music.

3 Years ago he began to DJ an throw parties in CT. Developing Assassin Squads own Boom Sound With Co-Owner DJ Mdot. DJin gave Meechie a chance to get back into music. Producing, making beats, and writing music. After linking up with an old high school friend Mr. Bashment and Golden Arrow E.N.T became Meechies new family. In the studio day and night grinding to make history. Even though Meechie is not singed yet he is getting a buzz for success in tracks like "No Deal" "Paranoid" and "Cruzin". With Influences by Bob Marley,Jay z, Ricky Blaze, Ryan Leslie, Akon and Gyptian. Born Dmitric Davis has everybody hopping on the band wagon and all you here is the name Meechie.

Meechie is a very humble musician. Working and helping out alot of Ct artist to let these Lables know Connecticut has talent. He's not looking to get put on, he has a do it yourself attitude that by all means will get him where he needs to be. If u want to know more about Meechie call him up give him a ring he will pick up. INTRODUCING JAE ENVY AKA EMPIRE JAE, BORN IN BROOKLYN, NY[1988] IS ONE OF THE MOST TALENTED MC'S OF HIS TIME. RHYMING SINCE AGE 13, JAE WAS ALWAYS AN ARTISTIC DUDE WITH HIS OWN VISION. GROWING UP JAE WASN'T INTO MUSIC FOR SOME ODD REASON, BUT THAT ALL CHANGED IN 'O2 WHEN HE BEGAN WRITING. JAE'S LYRICAL SKILLS REMAINED IN THE DARK UNTIL 'O4 WHEN HE RECORDED HIS 1ST TRACK. FROM THERE YOU COULD SAY JAE BASICALLY EVOLVED WITH THE AGE OF MUSIC. WITH INFLUENCES LIKE JAY-Z, SNOOP DOGG, DR. DRE, CORY GUNZ, & OTHERS HE BEGAN MOLDING HIS ART INTO A SKILL THAT TO THIS DAY, HE STILL HAS NOT MASTERED. PUSHED BY HIS PEERS & HIGH SCHOOL FRIEND EAZY, NOW KNOWN AS BMF, JAE DECIDED TO PURSUE HIS MUSICAL CAREER IN '07 WHEN HE LINKED WITH FAMILY OF EAZY & BEGAN REPRESENTING " NEKK INDUSTRIES" AN IMMATURE LABEL IDEA AT THE TIME WITH BIG DREAMS & HUGE AMBITIONS. FOLLOWED BY AN ATTEMPT IN 'O8 WITH THE BIRTH OF "STACK A MILL(ENTERTAINMENT, AT THE TIME)" TO BE A GROUP ARTIST WITH PEERS OF HIS PROMOTIONAL TEAM "MILLION DOLLA FAMILY". THIS ATTEMPT LEFT MINIMAL BUZZ IN THE STREETS OF JAE'S & HIS PEER'S MUSIC, BUT IT WAS ENOUGH TO ENSURE JAE THAT THIS TALENT OF HIS WAS WORTH PURSUING. '09 WAS MORE OR LESS A YEAR OF JAE FINDING HIMSELF, WHICH LED TO HIM RETURNING BACK TO HIS NEIGHBORHOOD OF FLATBUSH, AND LINKING WITH FEW CHILD HOOD FRIENDS THAT WERE &/OR ARE MAKING MOVES IN THE INDUSTRY, WHETHER THE MOVES SMALL OR LARGE. 1 OF THESE FRIENDS WAS "DJ VYBEZ" WHO UPON BRIEF CONVERSATION HAD PREVIOUSLY HEARD SOME OF JAE'S '07 WORK, & WAS INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH HIM IN LATE '09.

Surrounded by influential peers at the age of 13, a young star from Canarsie, Brooklyn named Jaz emerged on the scenes. Inspired by a friend of a friend's talent in music, Jaz who is now 17, began to pick up the pen and pad and jot down a few notes of her own. Using music for a getaway, Jaz started to realize the more she wrote the more it became a passion. She was being pushed by her close friend “Kelz” to continue writing songs and expressing herself. With her own unique style of rapping it is not hard to see that Jaz's lyrical content is far above other upcoming young artist such as “Soulja Boy” or “LiL Mama” and other young successful artists. One thing for sure is that Jaz is a prodigy to be reckoned with and does not look to be placed within the same bracket as younger artists and as her flow is so raw it should not be watered down. Jaz has dropped her debut mixtape entitled “When I was 17” in the summer of 2009 and she has defenitely shown it will be one you would want to add to your collection.
